About NauLabs

NauLabs is a digital solutions company based in Portugal. We offer e-commerce setup, analytics & dashboard services, and will soon offer templates and courses. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project are agreed upon individually before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Payment

• Payment terms are defined in each project proposal.
• Invoices are issued in EUR and are subject to Portuguese law.
• Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed date.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables created for their project. NauLabs retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on track, clients are expected to:

• Provide necessary access, content, and assets in a timely manner.
• Review and give feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Notify NauLabs promptly of any changes to requirements.

Limitation of Liability

NauLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

Confidentiality

Both NauLabs and its clients agree to keep each other's confidential information private and not to share it with third parties without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
